What we collect

When you create an ArboristOps account we store the information you provide — name, business name, email, phone, service area, and the content of the documents, jobs, and client notifications you create. We also store usage metadata (page views, feature use, errors) to operate and improve the service.

Client information you enter

Customer names, addresses, photos, and contact information you enter belong to you. We store this data on your behalf to power documents, notifications, invoices, and your contractor website. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to your clients.

Payments

Card information is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We retain transaction metadata (amounts, dates, plan) for billing history.

Messaging

SMS and email notifications are delivered through Twilio and Resend respectively. Message content, recipient numbers, and delivery status are stored so you can review the thread.

AI features

Voice transcription and text generation use third-party AI providers (including Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude). Input content is sent to those providers solely to fulfill your request and is not used to train their models under our agreements.

Your choices

You can update or delete your account data from the Account screen at any time. Contact support@arboristops.com to request export or full deletion.
