Use of the service

ArboristOps is a software tool for tree-service contractors to manage documents, jobs, client communications, invoices, and a contractor website. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for complying with the laws, licensing, and insurance requirements that apply to your business.

Documents and AI output

Documents and AI-generated text produced by ArboristOps are drafts you control. We do not provide arboricultural, legal, or insurance advice. You are responsible for reviewing every document before sending it to a client, insurer, or municipality.

Subscriptions and credits

Paid plans renew on the interval you select until cancelled. Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased and credits do not expire while your account is active. You can manage or cancel from the Account screen.

Acceptable use

Do not use ArboristOps to send unsolicited bulk messages, misrepresent credentials, or violate the rights of third parties. We may suspend accounts that abuse messaging features or violate carrier rules.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
